James K. Yuann has been working in China for nearly 30 years. Seeing its potential in the early 80s, he established multiple petrochemical manufacturing operations for Fortune 100 companies. In the 90s, he foresaw the telecommunications revolution in China and built several high-tech ventures before joining Honeywell Specialty Materials as President, Asia. Now, envisioning China’s next wave of human capital, he is a Managing Director for the China office of international human resources firm Boyden, and an adjunct professor with the Fudan University – MIT IMBA program. In 2001 James received the Magnolia Award from the Mayor of Shanghai for his business contribution to the city in which he continues to live with his wife.

Jason Inch holds an MBA from Canada‘s Richard Ivey School of Business and also attended one of China‘s top business programs at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai. He has a BA in Asian Studies from Canada’s University of Victoria, and speaks fluent Mandarin and Japanese with a decade spent in Asia so far. From living and working in the Bubble Economy years in Japan, the Dot-Com boom and bust in the US, to China’s rise in the 2000s, Jason has sought out life in some of the most exciting economic environments in the world. He is currently living in Shanghai as a business advisor, professional speaker, and entrepreneur.
